Took my truck in for what I expected to be a transmission issue only to find out I had a bad spark plug wire. The team was fantastic to work with and repaired the issue quickly. I also had them perform a complete tune up on the truck as well as change the transmission filter and replace the transmission pan with an aftermarket pan for better transmission fluid cooling and service. They did a fantastic job and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I am very impressed with Tom and Dawson Auto Care. They are thorough, priced fair and honest,I highly recommend them for auto service.

Tom is great! He explained everything that was going on with my car, gave me accurate estimates beforehand, and completed the work when he said he would. When he found other things wrong with my car during a repair, he simply sent me home with an estimate - no pressure. Work done is great quality. Happy to have a local mechanic I can trust!

The owner is very thorough with assessing problems with a vehicle issue. Most of all he is honest and trustworthy. His prices are reasonable. I am very thankful I found this company. Being trustworthy is very important to me.

Working over the weekend to get stuff back to people in a timely manner when I certainly never asked him to. Long live Tom.
